- Log in to your Avey Reviews account.
- If you have multiple locations, select the location you want to customize from the Business Dashboard.
- Go to Requests > Request Modes from the menu.
- Choose a mode from Feedback Request Mode to select it for this location.
- Use the available modules to edit settings for your selected mode. Once done, save the changes by sending a test email or clicking on save.
- Your selected Request Mode is now ready to collect feedback and reviews from your customers. Here’s how you can use it:
- Add a customer or import a customer list to send Email or SMS Requests.
- Use TextBack to let customers leave feedback via text message.
- Share the Leave Feedback URL with customers.
- If you have selected Ultimate Request Mode, use Kiosk Mode to request survey responses from customers on-site and send a review request.
- For multi-location businesses, add the Feedback Locator to your website, so customers can select a location and leave feedback.
